We offer up to eight one hour group classes per day lead by an expert coach including a mobility class twice a week & Olympic lifting & Running class once a week. There are multiple community events inside and outside of the gym and workshops planned for members each month!

After we guide you through a FREE CLASS we thoroughly teach the safety and lingo you will need to know. We've helped many nervous first timers overcome their initial fears by making the goal of the movements clear, understandable, and doable for any level. This is a small group and very patient environment.
Emerald City CrossFit is conveniently located smack dab in the middle of Capit0l Hill, Madison Valley, and Central District currently holding three early morning classes, a noon class, and four afternoon classes as well as a Women's only Strength Class three times a week. Our schedule is always expanding. We hold workshops regularly and have a masseuse visit once a month!
