We offer expert coaching and programming partnered with our vibrant community that will help you stay fit for life and make working out fun again! Our varied programs offer the complete fitness package.

Our daily programming is one of a kind and is one of the things we are best known for. Our programming is fun, focuses on longevity and is designed for repeat visits throughout the week. Our goal is to make you strong for life. We program through the lens of how the workout will affect our community --and we are that community! As owners, we are in the gym everyday doing the exact same workouts as our athletes, and all of our coaches do the same. The best part? We do all of that work for you, all you have to do is get to the gym and our expert coaches will guide you through every part of the workout.

Our Specialty Classes: Gymnastics Club, Barbell Club, & Running Class

While we value longevity, we also value the challenge and fun in increasing levels of difficulty of strength and gymnastics movements, which is why our programming has the option to progressively increase in difficulty. That's also why we offer Gymnastics Club, Barbell Club, and Running Class. We also offer Skills & Drills sessions for athletes looking for 1x1 coaching in a specific skill.

Restorative Yoga & Thrive Lifestyle Challenge

Recovering and nourishing our bodies is one of the most important things when it comes to lifelong fitnesss which is why we offer Restorative Yoga on Sundays at 11:15 am. We also offer our Thrive Lifestyle Challenge twice yearly where we focus on building sustainable, healthy habits around nutrition and lifestyle.

 

Women's Strength & Personal Training

We believe that strength training is for everyone and that everyone is on their own fitness journey which is why we also offer 1x1 personal training. Many 1x1 clients eventually transfer over to our group classes. Women's Strength is another great option!
