Every Monday moving forward, you will see a post to help improve mobility and movement. This week we are going to start off hitting the hips and the psoas. The psoas is a deep muscle that connects your trunk to your lower half. It is always doing some kind of work so it needs lots of attention! A tight psoas could also be giving you some low back tightness/pain.
