Here is a little strength challenge for you!

The challenge.

Ever 3 minutes in the minute in a wave pattern.

0-3 min 5 reps @ 55%

3-6 min 3 reps @ 65% 

6-9 min 1 rep @ 75% 

And then 5 reps at 65% again

1 @ 80% 

5 @75% again

3 @ 80% 

1 @ 85% 

Continue in that pattern until you can't do a good lift anymore.
