With the OPEN right around the corner we wanted to layout some information on how things will be run.
Every Friday, starting next week, for the next 5 weeks the main OPEN event will be 5pm until 8pm or 9pm. It will be packed full of fun and different goodies and or guest each week! We plan to set up heats that you will sign up for in ZP, but we do have to wait and see what the work outs are each week to see if signing up in ZP will be the best option. The back up plan is for you to just show up and sign up on the whiteboard. Registered OPEN athletes will get priority over those who did not sign up as they need to get and enter a score.
If you can't make it on Friday night or want to do a redo here are your options:
1- Do the WOD on Thursday after the WOD is announced at 5pm in the bonus room. You will need to grab a buddy to be your judge and verify your score.
2- Do the WOD on Saturday between 10am and noon in the bonus room. You will need to grab a buddy to be your judge and verify your score.
3- If Thursday after 5pm, Friday night, or Saturday between 10am and noon don't work you, will need to plan in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a time for a Coach to open up the gym for you at $30/hour.
Please note that if you grab a buddy for any time other than the Friday night time frame and it's an ECCF Coach, it will also be $30/hour.
