It's GOAL setting season!! As the new year approaches, it is a great time to reflect on the year behind us to make us better for the year ahead. Think about the past year and what you did or did not accomplish. Was there something you were really hoping to do, but didn't quite get there? Why did you fall short?
I personally am a big fan of S.M.A.R.T. goal setting. S.M.A.R.T. stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. Take some time and think about what you would like to achieve in 2018!! If you are having trouble setting CrossFit goals, ask any your coaches for advice!
