Coaches Challenge #3!
As part of this bi-weekly challenge we will be introducing some new squares on the board! Blank slate. 6 new names to join the ranks. I can see you all drooling now.
The challenge for the next 2 weeks will be...................
100 BURPEES (for time)
- Must have a judge or someone to validate your score
- Must be done at Emerald City
- Chest and thighs must hit the ground
- Hips must open up completely at the top
Because that last standard is so hard to judge, you MUST finish the burpee by jumping up to a 45lb plate and opening your hips all the way. Your burpee must also be done FACING the plate. No jumping sideways.
