CrossFit Fundamentals



If you are new to CrossFit or just need a refresher on the basics, our Fundamentals Course is for you! Our Fundamentals program is suitable for anyone!


The Fundamentals Course will teach you form and ensure safety of all CrossFit movements in a simple and easy to understand way. This is a patient environment where you will begin to form relationships with your fellow athletes and our amazing coaches! We will teach modifications and the lingo you need to feel ready to participate in group classes with our amazing community! We continuously review as we go through the program to ensure that everyone feels confident and safe. We've helped many nervous first timers overcome their initial fears by making the goal of the movements clear, understandable, and doable for any level.

Option 1: Small Group fundamentals

  • Small Group Fundamentals $79 + tax: This option includes six classes on select Mondays & Thursdays 8:00pm - 9:15pm for three weeks.

  • Upcoming start dates are:

    • Monday, October 21

    • Monday, November 11 (last class will be Tuesday, November 26)

    • Monday, December 2

Option 2: 1x1 fundamentals

  • 1x1 Private Training $199 + tax: This option includes four hour long 1x1 sessions at times that work for your schedule.

What Should I Wear and Bring?

  • A water bottle

  • Sneakers - the flatter the better

  • Workout Clothes
