Emerald City CrossFit Gymnastics Club

WHAT?  Emerald City Gymnastics Club is dedicated helping you understand and apply correct positions to all of your favorite CrossFit gymnastics movements!  In our 6-week progression, we will help you master the basic gymnastics positions, build core strength and control & give you the tools to work towards next-level movements!  Each of our cycles will have a specific focus. In our first cycle, we will to working on Handstand progressions and all things Pull-Up bar! We want to help you clean up your technique and give you the tangible tools to work towards improving your CF Gymnastics game!  If you want to improve your form, build resiliency, get a great workout in with your gym family and have FUN with gymnastics, this is the club for YOU!

WHO?  Athletes of ALL levels are welcome and encouraged to join us!

WHEN?  ECGC meets on Thursday nights from 7pm-8:30pm, starting on Thursday, April 25th and ending on Thursday, May 30th.  Then, you’ll have a weekly 1-hour homework assignment to be completed during our Open Gym windows!

COST? $75 for 2X Weekly, $65 for 3X Weekly, $55 for Unlimited. Upgrade your membership and this round of ECGC if FREE!

These classes will teach you form and ensure safety of all CrossFit's movements starting with the foundational movements in a simple easy to understand way. We will teach modifications and the lingo you need to feel ready to participate in the group classes. We continuously review as we go through the program. We've helped many nervous first timers overcome their initial fears by making the goal of the movements clear, understandable, and doable for any level. This is a patient environment.

Thrive Challenge

We are PUMPED to announce our first annual Thrive Challenge!  The 2019 Thrive Challenge will kick-off on Saturday, January 12th!

WHAT? The Thrive Challenge will be focused on making nutrition and lifestyle changes will help us thrive inside and outside of the gym!  We will be hosting Brian from Dunk Tank Test at the start and end of the challenge to measure changes in body composition throughout the challenge! 

WHO?  Everyone is encouraged to participate!  We will have 3 different Pathway tracks for you to choose from: LEANS, GAINS & THRIVES.  There will be something for everyone and we want YOU!

WHEN? We will be kicking off the Challenge on Saturday, January 12th with a FREE nutrition seminar with Coach Stephanie!  We'll be outlining the rules and requirements for the challenge then as well!  Then, the Challenge kicks off on Monday January 14th and the Dunk Tank will be parked outside on Tuesday, January 15th.

Cost is $100, which covers both dunk tank tests as well as CASH PRIZES for Challenge winners in each category!

Get excited, ECCF!  We want to build community and foster accountability within our gym family and WE NEED YOU!

Women's Strength Winter Series Starts 1/7!

A strength class for women that will teach you EVERYTHING you need to know for weight training beginners. Starting with body weight resistance exercises, you will learn how to lift free weights in the gym with confidence. All fitness levels and ages welcome!

FREE FMS Testing with Dr. Anthony!

Join Dr. Anthony and his assistant for a 30 minutes in the ECCF Bonus Room for a free screening. Dr. Anthony will screen you and his assistant will give you corrective exercise to help you move better. FMS is a tool used to evaluate seven fundamental movement patterns in individuals with no current pain complaint or musculoskeletal injury. The FMS is not intended to diagnose orthopedic problems but rather to demonstrate opportunities for improved movement in individuals. SIGN UP!

She is determined to make sure that her clients leave feeling BETTER!  There is no knot too big or too tough that she will not work her massage skills on. Her knowledge of the body along with using a combination of relaxation, deep tissue and treatment techniques help her make sure you feel awesome when you walk out the door. So whether you come in for relaxation, injury treatment or stress reduction, Elsy will do what she can to ensure you get what you want out of your session.  She's aware of the  "no pain no gain" strategy and how it can apply to massage.  Sometimes it hurts so good at the moment, but two days later you should feel the difference.
